Person Centered Practices

Virginia is a member of the State Employment Leadership Network (SELN). SELN brings together state Developmental Disability agencies for sharing, educating and providing guidance on practices and policies around employment to its members. Each member state has committed to addressing the challenges in their systems and sharing resources across states to benefit individuals everywhere.
